  • 5. Take your vitamin (vitamin b couples, biotin, omega 3, vitamin c – preferably from food) and minerals
  • 6. Quit bad habits like biting your nails or using them as tools
  • 7. Avoid using cheap nail polishes, gel and acrylics
  • 8. Don’t cut or damage your cuticles
  • 9. Rock bare nails once in a while, your nails need breaks too
