Do’s
- Create a bed time routine that helps get you ready for bed
- Go to bed at a reasonable time between 9-11pm
- Get an adequate amount of sleep (6-9hours)
- Focus on following a whole food diet and on nourishing your body with enough food. Your hormones need nutrients
- Block 15-30 minutes in your schedule to exercise
- It doesn’t have to be intense workout in the gym. Find something you enjoy and do consistently
