PCOS: Do’s & Don’ts

Don’ts

  • Staying up late
  • Yo-Yo Dieting
  • Not making time for exercise

Do’s

  • Create a bed time routine that helps get you ready for bed
  • Go to bed at a reasonable time between 9-11pm
  • Get an adequate amount of sleep (6-9hours)
  • Focus on following a whole food diet and on nourishing your body with enough food. Your hormones need nutrients
  • Block 15-30 minutes in your schedule to exercise
  • It doesn’t have to be intense workout in the gym. Find something you enjoy and do consistently
