- 1. Use lukewarm water, allow to run for 2-5 minutes, then pause to apply body scrub
- 2. Apply scrub using circular motions, starting at your feet and moving upwards towards your neck
- 3. Maintain gentle pressure (Avoid scrubbing your skin too vigorously)
- 4. Rinse thoroughly
- 5. Apply a body oil or lotion while the skin is still damp
