Stay active throughout the day
- Exercising just 15 to 20 minutes, three to four times a week can make a huge difference to the ageing process. Moderate exercise is the absolute best way to reduce the effect of ageing

- This will tone the face, reduce wrinkles and offer facial rejuvenation.
