Consider fish oil

Avoid white sugar

  • Processed sugar speeds up ageing process by weakening the collagen in your skin

Wear your vitamin C

  • Cream or serum with vitamin C increases collagen production and protect against sun damage and dark spots

Apply sunscreen or avoid the sun

  • Sunscreen protects against wrinkles and skin cancer and allows some repair of damaged skin

Eat plenty of omega-3 fatty acids

  • Fish such as salmon, sardines, halibut, trout and tuna are all rich in fatty acids and help to nourish skin

Get plenty of sleep

  • 7 to 9 hours of sleep will reduce stress and strengthen memory

Drink water throughout the day

  • Drink 3 litres of water daily which keeps the skin hydrated and prevents early onset fine lines due to chronic dehydration

Moisturise

  • Moisturiser acts like a protective shield for your skin

Eat all super food

  • These include salmon, spinach, walnut, soy, beans, avocado, buckwheat, berries, all other fruits and vegetables

Stay active throughout the day

  • Exercising just 15 to 20 minutes, three to four times a week can make a huge difference to the ageing process. Moderate exercise is the absolute best way to reduce the effect of ageing

Exercise your facial muscles

  • This will tone the face, reduce wrinkles and offer facial rejuvenation.
